At the foot of Victoria’s Yarra Ranges, a beautiful property in Powelltown provides the natural spring water behind Everclear.
Originating in underground aquifers within rock beds, the water flows naturally to the surface, where it is collected for bottling.

Before bottling, our spring water passes through two filters, UV treatment and an ozone treatment system.

Returned bottles have their caps removed, then are pre-washed, rinsed, washed, rinsed again and sanitised before being filled and capped.

Every bottle is individually batch dated for traceability.
