New customers receive 4 free 15-litre bottles with any dispenser rental or purchase. Add more bottles to your initial delivery at $13.50 each, with no GST. Subsequent bottles are $14.50 each. The free-bottle offer does not apply to bottle-only orders.

Enter your address and any access instructions with your first order. Delivery is free within our service areas, with a minimum of 3 bottles per delivery. We’ll confirm route availability and agree a delivery schedule before supply. Businesses then receive deliveries on a set schedule. Residential customers can arrange future deliveries through our texting service. You don’t need to reorder through the website.

Yes. Keep empty bottles clean and ready for collection at your next delivery. Don’t use them for other liquids or chemicals. Please contact us about lost or damaged bottles; the replacement cost is $15.00 per bottle.

Rental is paid annually. You can cancel at any time with one month’s notice by phone or email. Rental fees already paid are not refunded when you cancel. Arrange the return or collection of rented products with us when your service ends. Regular deliveries have a minimum of 3 bottles. Read the full terms before ordering.

Submit your order request first. We’ll confirm availability, your total and delivery. Your first delivery must be paid in full upfront, before or at the time of delivery, by credit card, direct deposit or cash. This includes dispenser rental or purchase, any extra bottles and accessories. After your first delivery, your account moves to 14- or 30-day payment terms from the invoice date, as agreed with Everclear. If you’ve already paid, we’ll match the payment to your order. Submitting an order does not confirm payment.
